Hansa Sewani

Hansa Sewani  is a Mumbai based Fine & Visual Artist and an Art Educator, founder of Artistic Impressions with over 20 years of experience. Born and brought up in the very cosmo – cultural city of Mumbai. Her art works are usually conceptual and thematic with use of bold colours and strokes. She paints, with fervour and passion and her paintings comprise of various subjects, most of the themes being inspired from traditional Indian life. She draws inspiration from Indian culture and mythology. Her paintings reflect deep thoughts which are seen in the natural and figurative abstract forms. She veers from figurative to semi-abstract depiction, landscape to abstraction as the mood takes her. Each painting is compositionally unique with a story of its own.
